Warehouse Fulfillment Supervisor TAMALPAIS CO-PACKING San Rafael, California JOB DESCRIPTION Role Summary This is a newly created position as Tamalpais Co-Packing launches proprietary cannabis-infused products and partners with regional and national manufacturing and distribution brands. The company is preparing for future growth at an exciting time for this industry and is building a team that can grow, learn, and thrive as the challenges and opportunities arise. The Fulfillment Supervisor is responsible for ensuring orders and invoices are processed timely and accurately, while following the standards and procedures set by the Operations Manager and providing excellent customer service. Duties include, but are not limited to: ● Tracking product through seed to sale compliance system (METRC) ● Pulling, prepping, and double checking orders ● Processing shipments ● Inventory reconciliation ● Supporting overall warehouse maintenance by restocking products and receiving raw materials ● Maintains an organized, clean, and safe working environment ● Works with other departments to achieve daily fulfillment goals ● General Facility maintenance Required Skills ● Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills ● Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail ● Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines ● Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment ● Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software Physical Demands ● Lift up to 50 pounds, stand, bend and twist throughout the shift ● Use of forklift and various powered equipment Education and Experience ● High school diploma is preferred or equal experience ● Fulfillment experience in a highly regulated industry a plus Other Responsibilities Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
