Prior to his diagnosis, I had no clue what Alzheimer's & Dementia was. Knowledge is power! Help me to provide real support for real caregivers. Show your support by making a donation. Details: Alzheimer’s and Dementia Services Stand by Me Fundraising Walk Join Alzheimer's and Dementia Services of Northern Indiana for the 31st annual Stand by Me Fundraising Walk. On Saturday, June 5, 2021 from 9:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m., the 1.5-mile route will start and end at Howard Park in South Bend and we will walk through downtown South Bend's local business district. All attendees will also be able to enjoy entertainment and take part in a raffle. Your support provides local caregivers with the free resources they need to support their loved one's journey with Alzheimer's and dementia.
