ST. CHARLES—The St. Charles Police Department is asking for the public's help in locating a missing Alzheimer's patient who wandered from an assisted living center on Monday.
The resident is a 72-year-old white male with grey hair, and a birthmark on the top of his head. Police said he was last seen wearing a black and green fleece, a flannel button-up shirt, jeans and dark shoes.
The missing man left his assisted living center, near the intersection of Peck Road and Route 64 at approximately 8:30 p.m. Monday.
Police are asking residents to call 911 if they locate or have seen the man.
