Desperately iso puppy, please help

We adopted a pomchi off here for 4 hundred. My family, my dog and I loved this puppy. Got attached. Then he started having health issues, seizures, and kidney issues and then a mass was found on his brain. We spent more than our savings trying to save him. Our hearts are broken, my dog is grieving, is not himself and missing his playmate. My 10 yr old son is as well. We are searching for another baby. I do have a pair of female gliders we had rescues before he got sick and all the accessories. Everything costed more than a grand altogether. We are just searching for a new baby to trade for the gliders. It needs to be male, small when full grown as our dog gets along better with dogs smaller than himself. Please help. We are looking for a chihuahua mix, or a pom mix or small tiny terrier puppy. We have checked shelters all around with no luck. For some reason someone takes offense to my search. Why must humans be so rude and heartless? I'm just trying to rehome gliders I rescued as well as helping my family who are grieving
