Pull Motor for I/O Boat

I need the flywheel replaced on my Volvo Penta I/O Boat motor. Need to pull the motor to replace. Want to find someone who will help me and I will pay in cash. I could and maybe should take to a shop, but that is huge $ so will try this first. Could be 2 or 3 days? Will pay a good wage with a bonus for helping me get it running.
