We provide top of the line equipment and have standard operating procedures for all of our services making the job duties uniformed and consistent. Technicians must be licensed and able to work alone while following a schedule. As a service technician, you will be serving Milwaukee, Waukesha, Walworth and Washington counties. Salary: Service technicians will start at $18-$24 per hour, depending on experience with the opportunity to make up to $24 per hour. Company vehicle and gas card provided. $500 SIGN ON BONUS FOR EXPERIENCED AND LICENSED TECHNICIAN. MUST BE ABLE START IMMEDIATELY TO QUALIFY FOR BONUS. PAID TRAINING. Schedule: You must be willing and able to work Monday- Friday. No weekends or overtime required but available! Guaranteed hours during winter months! Duties include but are not limited to: • Interaction with customers, communicate details of service, investigate problems, find solutions. • Residential pest control, interior/exterior applications using a variety of products and equipment. • Work outside in a variety of weather conditions. • Must be able to lift up to 65 lbs. • Must be able to calculate, apply and document usage of products based on state regulations. • Keep company vehicle organized and stocked with the appropriate amount of products/equipment to complete all jobs each day. • Correctly and efficiently installation/application of any and all pest control treatment products that the site calls for in accordance with the label on the product being used. Qualifications: Current certification in the state of WI for commercial applicator for hire 7.1 category. Good listening skills Able to take direction from manager and customer Exemplary customer service Problem-solving Clean driving record
