Cougar Mountain Baking Company (a Seattle-based manufacturer of premium cookies & cookie dough) is currently searching for a reliable person to add to our production crew. The position is based at our Seattle headquarters near the Magnolia Fisherman’s Terminal. Workdays are Tuesday-Friday and the hours are 7:00 AM to approximately 5:30 PM.
You will help bake and package our gourmet cookies and cookie dough. Tasks include:
· Operating dough portioning equipment and commercial ovens.
· Packaging and labeling products.
· Weighing and packaging tubs of cookie dough.
· Operating a commercial pan washer.
· Cleaning and sanitizing of machinery.
We are looking for reliable candidates who can work quickly, accurately, and safely.
Requirements:
· Able to stand for long periods of time.
· Able to lift 25lbs comfortably.
· Strong attention to detail.
· Must be reliable.
· Jewelry must be removable.
· No smoking while on shift.
Previous hands on experience with food and food safety principles is desired but not a requirement.
