Construction Laborer needed. Prefer 2 years experience. Must have reliable transportation, valid drivers license & timely attendance. Wage will vary DOE. We are a residential construction company currently seeking hard-working, safety-minded team players to join our team. This includes usage of power tools, lifting heavy materials, working indoor/outdoor, standing on ladders, and any other cleaning duties associated with the company standards. Key Responsibilities: • Day travel to various job sites in South Puget Sound (Gig Harbor to Black Diamond) • Clean and pressure wash in preparation for New Home Orientations. • Complete minor repairs and touch-ups to include paint touch-ups, caulking, fixtures, etc. • Maintain cleanliness of job site and overall community appearance. • Maintain material organization and a clean work area • Prepare for the day’s tasks each morning by getting out tools and materials that will be needed Job Type: Full-time Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour Schedule: • Day shift License/Certification: • Driver's License (Required) Work Location: • Multiple locations, Current jobsite in: Gig Harbor, WA, Tacoma, WA & Black Diamond, WA (253)853-7757
