Job Description: As a Project Foreman, you will be essential in promoting a professional, safe, and enjoyable work environment. You will be tasked with controlling and monitoring production in addition to managing quality control, inspection documentation, and risk management. Exceptional time management and leadership skills are a must, as you will be the acting production manager and craft person liaison. Expect to work onsite and assist the Superintendent where needed every day. To be successful in this role you must be timely, highly organized, and possess a strong attention to detail. You will be expected to embody our client's values of Character, Competency, Courage, and Commitment - professionally and positively representing our client to their customers and the greater Puget Sound community. Job Requirements: Relevant bachelor's degree and 3+ years' experience in a general construction environment OR equivalent combination of education and experience. General knowledge of APP (Accident Prevention Plan), safety guidelines, fire prevention methods and risk management techniques Knowledge of government regulations, environmental law, OSHA and other agencies to ensure the workplace is compliant with health, safety, and environmental regulations. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook), MS Project, BlueBeam Candidates must be able to provide references from previous employers and/or construction clients. A pre-employment drug screen and background check will be required.
