Description

We are currently seeking a full time 12 Volt Automotive Installation Technician to install, service and remove Ignition Interlock devices. Location available in Tukwila/Kent/Auburn. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: •Exceed our customers' expectations by providing the highest quality of service •Read and interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and instruction manuals •Maintain confidential records •Safely operate hand tools •Organize, route, and secure wiring •Test and calibrate devices •Advise drivers on installation and or service and repair requirement •Schedule monitoring and removal appointments •Train customers on device •Explain/educate the rules and regulations in WA State •Install, service and remove Ignition Interlock devices from vehicles •Use of internal software system to interface with devices for data retrieval and reporting. •Working with clients to troubleshoot issues, and educate clients on proper use of the device. •Provide prompt, courteous and professional customer service to clients. •Other duties as necessary. REQUIREMENTS: •Problem solving skills •Ability to multi-task •Work in a fast pace environment •Strong computer skills •Team player •Valid driver's license COMPENSATION: Depends on Employee.
