The RIGHT PERSON: - REQUIRED: have AT LEAST two years in flooring/installation and construction but the right attitude is what will get you hired. - Values working for an ethical, youthful, aggressive company - Has previous relevant experience - Would be described by others as having a great attitude - Has experience using and comfortable with computers - Has excellent communication skills - Enjoys work - Works well under pressure and tight deadlines - Has a good sense of humor (we like to have fun) - Is good with numbers - Has strong attention to detail and accuracy - Has reliable and sufficient transportation - Understands that the CUSTOMER IS NUMBER ONE!! The job includes: - Onsite communication with builders. - Working with customer Project Managers on and off site to ensure proper conditions and preparation for installation. - Onsite visits to each project/site before, during, and after installation to ensure correct installation and quality. - Working with sales staff to review work orders to ensure that each job has proper labor rates, layout detail, etc. - Most of the work will be in the field, and requires a lot of driving (company pays gas). - Ensuring overall success and profitability while making sure we are delighting our customers and being the absolute best flooring company on every job!
