Job Description POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES The Recruiting Coordinator is responsible for the full life-cycle of recruiting activities for both Union and Non-Union employees. This includes, but is not limited to, posting jobs/managing job boards, setting up and conducting interviews, issuing offer letters, and coordinating the completion of post-offer requirements (drug tests, physicals, background checks, etc.). This position will also be involved in conducting exit interviews and managing termination tracking for all AGNE associates. Maintaining our Applicant Tracking System with up-to-date and accurate information is critical to this role. Another essential function of this job involves increasing the company’s presence on recruiting sites and social media to better market and attract talent to maximize effectiveness at a reasonable cost. Manage and conduct onboarding and new hire orientation and any related communications and documentation. It is an expectation that the Recruiting Coordinator will build and maintain strong relationships with trade schools and high schools throughout our service area; participate in job fairs, colleges, agencies, and other recruiting campaigns to build relationships with students. This position is required to actively stay up-to-date with industry and recruiting trends, and report on changes and developments as they occur, as well as stay abreast of and comply with all federal and state laws regarding hiring practices. In this role you will maintain applications, employee files, and other documents in accordance with all laws and regulations, and assist the AGS HR Generalists with recruiting and onboarding as needed. In addition to being responsible for the recruiting life cycle, this position serves as a back up to the receptionist on a daily basis for all breaks including lunch break. This includes greeting visitors, issuing ID badges, answering phones, maintaining the reception safe, and using the paging system. Assist with the planning and implementation of corporate events, and perform other related duties as required and/or assigned. Please note that this is an entry-level position. ESSENTIAL SKILLS & EXPERIENCE The right candidate for this position will have an Associate's degree, preferably in HR, and/or a minimum of 1-3 years recruiting experience. This individual must be highly organized, accurate and possess a strong attention to detail. Having the ability to prioritize and plan work independently is essential. The Administrative Assistant/HR Support must have excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as strong interpersonal skills and a high energy level. It is important to be able to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task, while also being able to strictly maintain confidential information and exercise discretion in delicate situations. Proficiency with MS Office (including Excel, Word and Outlook) and a proficiency with recruiting sites as well as social media is expected. NON-ESSENTIAL SKILLS & EXPERIENCE Having some kind of HRIS working knowledge, preferably with Ultipro, is preferable, but not required. Basic knowledge of human resources related procedures is preferred. PHYSICAL DEMANDS & WORK ENVIRONMENT Work is normally performed in a typical interior office environment with very limited physical effort required and very limited exposure to physical risk. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour COVID-19 considerations:All employees are required to wear masks and common surfaces are sanitized regularly.
