PITTSBURGH, PA — Pittsburgh ranks as the safest city for cyclists in Pennsylvania and 18th overall in America, based on our analysis of cyclist safety laws, infrastructure efforts, and more. That's a change in ranking since Pittsburgh placed nationally as ninth in a 2019 report.
