A-1 Pro Carpet Care is looking for a carpet, upholstery and tile cleaning technician. We are recognized in the Greater Sacramento Area for our commitment to quality work, excellent customer service and we're seeking an individual who wants to provide service that upholds these standards. We're looking for someone honest and looking to work for an ethical, fair business. Job Duties: - Clean carpet, tile, and upholstery utilizing professional supplies and equipment (we don't rush through jobs, it's why we get call backs!) -Create an excellent customer experience by keeping the customers engaged before, during, and after their cleaning appointment -Knowledge of cleaning chemicals to ensure no damage occurs in customer homes -Maintain a clean and presentable appearance of yourself as well as within the interior and exterior of the company vehicle -Keep accurate inventory of all equipment and supplies -Check in with your supervisor regularly -Show up on time to work and to your appointments -The ideal candidate will possess 1 year of carpet/tile cleaning experience, but training may be available for the right candidate. Compensation: Training starts at $15/hourly Experienced technicians can make $18-24 hourly, depending on level of experience Requirements and Qualifications: -Must be 18 years or older -Must have a valid CA driver's license with clean DMV record, you will use company provided van and equipment -Drug and alcohol free workplace -Must undergo and pass criminal background check, DMV records check -Positive, can-do attitude with excellent customer service skills Perks: We often receive tips and bonuses from customers. Employees can also enjoy having Christmas Day, Thanksgiving Day and New Years Eve off each year. This position provides a somewhat flexible schedule, starting between 9-10AM each work day and typically working 6-8 hours per shift. We are open 7 days a week. A-1 Pro Carpet Care provides service throughout the Greater Sacramento area. Masks are required at all times when inside of a customers home.
