Bishop Estate Vineyard and Winery, 2730 Hilltown Pike Perkasie Pa, 215-694-4093. Salary is $10 base pay hour plus generous tipping which can often amount to pay of  $15 to $20 an hour or more.  You will become part of a team of great people. Needed: 1 full time weekend manager and several part-time positions are needed to fill weekend shifts. Must be 21, and part time hours are flexible depending on shift you are hired for. Shifts vary Friday Evenings through Sundays. Our shifts vary from opening shifts that start at 10am, middle of day shifts, and evening shifts on weekends. Working every other weekend may be an option. Some holiday shifts are required and sometimes evening shifts during weekdays could be available. Full time weekend manager hours are Friday, Saturday and Sunday, plus one other day, and pay could be more.  Fast paced environment. Job is to provide a wonderful tasting experience to patrons, teach and assist in finding the wines they will love. Serve wine, beer and slushes, and be upbeat and outgoing. You must be physically able to pick up a case of full bottles, 40 lbs, and able to be on feet most of day. Team shares all jobs, we need happy, willing people to help restock and assist in doing the tasks that keep our tasting room and grounds clean and presentable, including cleaning bathrooms, vacuuming and mopping, and other tasks.
