Need 1 Tree Cut Down

Mulberry tree that is about 30 to 35 ft tall--and maybe 12 to 15 in thick----not a huge tree---does lean a little over neighbors property and can be pulled over onto our lawn. Would like an estimate on taking it down but if you dont have time to come look at it and give the estimate, then it wont work. Area of 10th and Wadsworth in Lakewood---Thanks ---( You must be insured for this work )
