I'm tryin to start exercising again... Gggrrr.. sigh... ๐๐คจ
I'm 51 and outa shape.. 5'4 and 3/4", caucasian female...
I work afternoons, 2-10 and am chronically tired and unenergetic... ๐๐ด
Should I try to eat "something" small an hour before a short exercise routine or exercise first, to burn the stored calories and fat and then, eat?
