What appeared to be a gun was seen falling from the suspect's fanny pack as he was brought to the ground by officers, the video showed. The suspect, only identified by police as a 23-year-old Berkeley man, was arrested on suspicion of resisting arrest and carrying a loaded firearm with a large capacity magazine.
