We want to meet and exceed the expectations of our loyal customers. What do our Pest Control Specialists do? Pest Control Specialist at Hoskins Pest Control are self-managed, hardworking and honest. No experience is required. We hire for your attitude not your skills. We will help you develop the skills needed to be very successful at your job. We pay an extremely competitive wage and provide the very best service money can buy! • Conduct inspections to determine the source of activity and provide written explanations and recommendations • Applying product to structures according to schedule, safety procedures and label instructions. • Communicate with customers to ensure satisfaction and discuss additional services that meet customer needs for a complete pest management programs • Serve as a problem solver for your customer by utilizing the in-depth training provided to decide on the most efficient and best overall pest solution for each customer's needs • Demonstrate excellent communication skills as you interact with customers, office staff, and service managers. • Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, including, but not limited to monthly courses pertinent to the industry. • Operate a company vehicle safely and ensure cleanliness of the vehicle and equipment • Enhances organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
