Thursday, May 20 from 10am-11am We invite you to join HCR (Homes and Community Renewal), housing counselors and lenders for a webinar regarding HCR's "Give Us Credit" (GUC) program and their newly expanded Down Payment Assistance Loans program (DPAL PLUS). These programs are administered through the State of New York Mortgage Agency (SONYMA) and are dedicated to increasing home ownership rates in communities that have historically lacked full access to this opportunity, including communities of color. These new and expanded programs are designed to help those who may have thought they couldn't qualify for home ownership because of credit history, credit score, income, limited down payment, and other potential barriers to home ownership.
