Mason for adding to block fence

We are looking for a mason brick block layer to take off top decorative layer to a fence and add 3 layers of block. Fence block is the 4 x 8 x 16 We will purchase the block and mortar (we have to write a check for that) and will pay your labor and expertise cash. It will be on a low utility trailer when you are ready for it. LOOKING FOR BIDS --can start anytime. Notes: easy access to wall, easy access to alley. the wall is 49 feet long. see pics in ad.
