Who we are and what we’re looking for… JSM is a vastly growing leasing and development firm hiring for enthusiastic, motivated, and organized part-time Furniture/Maintenance Helpers to join our team! If you enjoy physically challenging tasks and working with your peers, then this position is for you! What you’ll do… You will earn money for working out! Under the supervision of the Maintenance Coordinator, part-time Furniture and Maintenance Helpers provide the heavy lifting when it comes to furniture removal and installation. They will also assist with landscaping, maintenance, and demolition projects. When there is not heavy lifting to be done, they aid in the completion of maintenance operations and assist with warehouse organization. What you’ll bring… Our part-time Furniture/Maintenance Helpers will have excellent leadership, problem solving, and planning/organization skills. Ideal candidates will enjoy teamwork, be goal-oriented, and are comfortable working in all weather conditions. Additionally, ideal candidates will have Summer and Fall 2021 availability and may be able to work up to 30 hours per week. We do require a valid Illinois driver’s license, periodic on-call availability, and feeling comfortable lifting heavy equipment and furniture.
