MAJOR FUNCTIONS OF THIS JOB INCLUDE: • Help make repairs to equipment, apartments and other structures as needed • Rehabbing complete units: Tear-out and Replacement general items in the unit • May assist in areas of painting, grounds keeping, trash pick-up, housekeeping, snow removal, office support and any other property needs. QUALIFICATIONS: Ability to Paint and help repair or replace, plumbing, water heaters, toilets, light fixtures, interior doors, exterior doors, sub-flooring, electrical outlets, decking.
