Huge Chicken Coop-Never Used

Had this chicken coop built several years ago. But we never did get moved to where we could use it. Things just didnt work out. It has been stored, at a friends farm, out of the weather all this time. This is quite a large coop, and can house 20-30+ birds. It has never been used or had birds in it. The pictures were taken the day we bought it. We are asking $450
