We love what we do and we work hard to be the best. **Please apply using link below** Accurately documents and tracks all product inventory once completed by kitchen production to final sale within the state mandated seed to sale program (METRC) as well as all internal tracking systems. Manages inventory before and after packaging, testing and sales fulfillment. Facilitates and assists with all sale transactions including being a point of contact for our company sales reps. Must be able to work a flexible schedule. Duties and Responsibilities: Complete compliance webinar series along with readings. Have a basic understanding of all METRC compliance regarding labeling, inventory, testing, transfers and manifesting Maintain inventory regulations Must keep inventory levels within a 5% parameter and accurately log all discrepancies Perform daily audits of physical inventory Receive inventory Document and enter all inventory from production kitchen into Metrc and other tracking systems Clearly label all inventory Work closely with the Inventory Manager on inventory levels and packaging planning. Log all transfers from inventory items into finished packaged sellable units. Maintain all inventory tracking systems – update every morning and evening. Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. High School Diploma or GED At least 1 year of directly related experience and/or training in an inventory, analyst or logistics role or environment, preferably in the food or beverage industry; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook. METRC experience preferred. Food Handler’s Card a plus. Must be able to effectively communicate in English, both verbally and written.
