Established General Contractor Seeking Journeyman Carpenter with Finish Skills for High End Residential Remodels and New Construction Projects. Job Duties: - Journeyman who is flexible in skillset - Primarily finish carpentry - Completing wood trim work on large homes - Install baseboards, crown molding - Cutting and installing casing - Installing windows, doors and fixtures - Copper Ceilings, paneling, and siding - Occasional labor work such as moving material deliveries, backfilling gravel, etc. (rarely but still possible) Must Haves: - 3-5 years experience doing finish carpentry for high-end residential remodels and new builds - Excellent attention to detail - Ability to read blueprints - Work independently - Be able to lead a crew or an apprentice Job Details: - $32 - $36 p/hour paid weekly - Monday - Friday, 7 AM - 3 PM - Overtime available - Long term position References & background checks will be required.
