Well established window installation company in Torrance looking for a Window Installer DUTIES: - Removal and disposal of old windows and doors, no front entry doors, patio and French doors - Taking measurements - Retrofit and new-construction window installations - Sealing Fittings - Load windows and doors into truck - Fully capable of installing new units and removing old units - Handle client paperwork and payment - Communicate with the office if there are issues on site - Inspection of all units inside/out - Clean up and final inspection before leaving - Dispose of old units at office dumpster - Possible warehouse work if there's rain - Cover LA county and North Orange County, possibly Riverside as well MUST HAVES: - 5+ years of experience - Comfortable with second and third story installs - Must have reliable truck or SUV - Must have all tools necessary for installations - Experienced and able to do both retrofit and new-construction installations - Able to install jambs, headers, do stucco work, drywall, finish painting - Able to measure windows for order (accurately) PREFERRED: - Have worked with/ has a helper who we can also hire JOB DETAILS - Rate : up to $35 p/h depending on experience - Cash bonuses for successful installations - Mon - Fri; 8 AM - 5 PM - This is a long term position - Mileage expenses covered References & background checks will be required.
