Event Setup Crew : - Unload items for setup - Reload items to truck at the end of the event - Collect original packaging for re-pack - Repackage and re-box items used for event Live /Post EVENT CLEANERS: - Help with scullery if needed. - live event cleaning (bussing, keeping up with trash cans, & cleaning) - Post- event cleaning (at the end of the night: Sweeping, spot mopping, dusting, cleaning where event happened on venue) SCULLERY STAFF: - scrape, stack and organize dishware & cupware. - keep scullery area clean - help cleaners when can RESTROOM ATTENDANTS: - restock and clean restrooms - sanitize door knobs, high touch areas - keep counters & floors dry - take care of trash and clean restroom at end of night - help cleaners if needed
