Need solution for cats

My mother has an outrageous cat problem. They need to be removed asap. There are brand new kittens, older kittens and a few adult cats. All super sweet and loving, overly loving at times. Would make great barn cats or pets. Especially the older kittens. Have at least that need good alternative to being in or around her home.
