Lost Indian Ringneck

Description

Our blue Indian ringneck flew out the window today. He has a bit of a yellow and light green tint on his back but is mainly blue. His name is Happy and he responds to indian ringneck noises. He escaped in the Santa Clara High School area in Oxnard. Was last seen flying west of Santa Clara High School. He is my younger brother's bird and he misses him. We will be offering a reward.
