1. Have you ever worked for a property management company as a maintenance contractor?
2. Have you ever had to deal with tenants staring over your shoulder and grumpy?
3. Do you have smart phone less than 3 years old and know how to use apps?
4. Do you have a utility vehicle and basic maintenance tools that you can show us at interview?
5. Are you available for 40+ hours a week and some weekends?
6. Are you confident with basic plumbing and electrical repairs?
7. Do you understand HVAC basic repairs?
8. Do you have a clean criminal record?
9. Do you at least live less than 10 miles from NE MPLS? Where?
10. Do you have the cash to pay for up to $150 in materials before being refunded? (If you are stressed financially it is not going to work for us)
11. Are you a go get em type of person that is willing to do what it takes to get the job done? Clean ugly trash, clean dirty homes, sewer backups in basements, lawn work, etc

12. Did you mentally acknowledge that the hourly rate is between 17-23 dollars depending on experience (and greater if high level skills mechanically - HVAC, Appliances, Window Replacement, Plumbing Hotwater Heaters, etc)
