Property Mgmt company looking for experienced to do turn work for rentals including: -Exterior: Lawns that have to be cut because tenant DID NOT mow their law and we will get a city citation -Brush piles that must be hauled (4 x 8 trailer can handle) -Spring cleanup is needed- clean up bushes, trim dead tree branches, mulch, brush, leaves, edging -Fall cleanup and gutter cleaning -Turn experience with rental house cleaning for turns, as well as painting, light repair and carpentry This is a 1099 gig; need reliable work vehicle, tools, mower smart phone, clean criminal record
