At Anagram, we strive to create joy, on purpose, every single day.  What will my day-to-day look like? This position runs the machines that make Anagram’s industry leading balloons. The machine operator is responsible for ensuring our product is being produced in a safe and efficient manner while meeting production standards. After completion of our training program, operators adjust the machines as necessary and carry out quality inspection and packaging. This is an active position, on your feet and moving for most of the shift. Some lifting required. Your success will be because you are/have... High school education or equivalent preferred Six (6) months experience in a high production, manufacturing environment. Experience working with automated packaging equipment is preferred Ability to read and understand specifications and procedures required to produce a high-quality product Must have good problem-solving abilities Basic math skills Mechanical aptitude Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and tilt up to 200 pounds Basic understanding of English language Ability to get to and from work independently (Anagram is not on a bus line) Heat seal packaging experience a plus! Expected Working Hours All production positions work 12 hour shifts (Days 6:00am-6:00pm, Nights (6:00pm-6:00am). This position works a total of 7 shifts in a 2 week period with a schedule of two days on, two days off, and every other weekend (Friday – Sunday).
