Work with water well construction and repair and work with septic system construction and repair Must be physically fit and able to lift 60 pounds + and be agile enough to move in and out of trenches Class A driver's license preferred BUT must have a valid Class C driver's license Must be able to work with others and alone Honest Mechanically inclined Range of travel is 60 mile radius of New Ulm Can not be afraid of dirt Varied jobs and not doing the same thing every day Trench work includes use of laser good verbal and non verbal communications Operate equipment as needed Operate equipment with safety as a priority
