Found in Seattle: wallet with no id, but probably from Springfield OR

On Saturday (1 May 2021) I found a men's wallet on Alki Beach in Seattle, across from 1019 Harbor Avenue. The wallet had some money, but no ID. I'd like to get it back to the person. Does anyone have any idea how to do that? I think I know their first name (based on on a punchcard that was in the wallet), but don't want to post it publicly. There were some other things in the wallet that seem to indicate the person was visiting from Springfield Oregon, and may have not been from the US. There were a couple of cards in the wallet, one from El Kaiman Western Wear, and the other from Maribel's Hair Design, both in the same shopping center on Main St. in Springfield.
