Our agency is looking for caring individuals to assist adults with cognitive disabilities in their homes and in the community. The assistance that we provide helps the people we serve have rich and fulfilling lives while becoming more independent. • Part-time positions available-could lead to full-time if desired • Weekend and weekday work available • Most shifts are: 7am-3pm, 3pm-11pm, or 11pm-7am • Hiring in the Goleta/Santa Barbara/Carpinteria area • Starting salary is $14.00 an hour and up (depending on experience) • Opportunities for advancing to management positions • Great resume builder for those seeking careers in social services Applicants must have: • A minimum of a high school diploma or GED • A valid Driver’s license and a good driving record • A strong desire to help others • Good professional references We welcome both those with and those without experience to apply; the most important qualities we are looking for are a strong sense of personal responsibility and a strong desire to help others.
