Welding helper needed

I am owner of a small welding busniess looking for somone 2-3 days week sometimes more sometimes less. Must be able to lift, cut metal. Read tape measure, work safely, welding experience not necessary but welcomed. Must be used to power tools. My shop is very small, might be grinding, drilling on drill press, cleaning, doing, installs etc. Positive attitude, willing to learn help, and follow directions. 14-18 an hour based on experience. I don't have a problem jumping the pay up if your good. This is not steady everyday. But might have a week where you do 20-30 hours sometimes less. I will be paying cash under the table.
