Construction, remodel and/or service plumber needed. Experience is a MUST. Knowledge of Ohio Plumbing Code a plus. Year round work. Hourly pay rate based on experience and skill level. Job description Essential Functions: • Ability to troubleshoot, install and repair residential and lite commercial plumbing systems. Must have own basic tools. • Ability to operate hand tools and other machinery such as drain snakes, pipe threaders, sewer cameras, man lifts etc. • Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license are a must. • Plumbing licenses are a plus. Requirements Requirements: Candidate must be able to: • Follow verbal and written direction • Read written work orders • Have flexibility to work Saturdays/Overtime • Have good attendance, reliability is expected • Have a positive attitude • Work in various temperature based on season Qualifications: • Must be at least 18 yrs. old • Able to work at a fast pace, with long periods of standing and bending or sitting • Adhere to safety policies and procedures • Must have reliable transportation
