We adopted a dog from the pound 2 weeks ago, the pound had him listed as an 8 year old pitt/bulldog mix, our vet says he is no older than 4 and is of the bully breed. He is completely housebroken and great with people (seems to enjoy playing with males but is fine with females). He was listed in the pound as being good with cats, however, when we got him home we found out he is not, this is the only reason for re-homing. We do not have other dogs but he was listed as being ok with female dogs. Between the adoption fee ($169) and vet visit ($200) we would like to rehome him for $275. He did have hookworm but has been treated for that, has started flea and tick medicine for prevention (he has 2 more monthly doses that will go with him), is microchipped, and is up to date on all shots. All paperwork from the pound and vet will go with him, which will include receipts for adoption and vetting.
