Great pet/child care? Housing too? Non-Smoking

My daughter is turning 16 years old. She needs to find a job to earn money for an educational online opportunity that starts in June. She is looking for babysitting or pet sitting positions that are close to home that offer consistent hours per week, so she will know what to expect for payment. She has had experience in both. I used to have my own daycare for 6 years, so I feel she has learned a lot from that. I have seen her in action, and she knows how to pay attention, and redirect children when needed. She also loves to sit and play with them at their level. And she loves animals! We also have an attached 'one bedroom apartment' becoming available around June/July. If you need consistent child care through the summer, and then after school during the fall, AND you need less expensive housing than you have now, maybe we can arrange a deal. How great it would be if she was babysitting for a child (or pet sitting) right in our own building! Non-Smoking for both situations is most ideal! We have never accepted dogs in our apartments, but I might consider a smaller dog.
