Dahlia is a white cat with beige marking on her face and fluffy beige tail. We are suspecting someone took her from our household. She is very timid and she did not have a collar due to an allergic reaction which we were planning on taking her this Saturday. She has scabs on her face and ears. She has blue eyes, please contact me we miss her dearly as she is our baby
