both are basically new and come with tons of supplies that you will need for any reptile or amphibian. I Have a fogger a water heater plenty of caves and heat lamp fixtures. I am asking 100 for exo terra and the (expensive) reptile foger and 150 for the 40 with all of its supplies. I can mix and match supplies, I will make sure u have what u want I am reasonable just switching from tanks to bins because I am in college, I have no space, and an addiction to reptiles. 40 gal-m sliding lid to keep snakes and such inside exo terra was used for thumbnail dart frogs and comes with EVERYTHING you need I drive from auburn AL to atlanta GA and knoxville TN extremely often and would be more than happy to meet you somewhere
