We are seeking a Facilities Assistant Manager. This individual will initiate and track work orders, repair orders, schedule and conduct preventative maintenance as well as work with Contractors and Vendors. This position includes knowledge and maintenance of plumbing, HVAC and general service that complies with various duties. Ensure all tasks comply with site quality, safety and environmental requirements. Communicate in a pleasant and positive manner with employees and visitors. Physical demands require the ability to use ladders, perform essential functions of various jobs and be able to lift 50 pounds. We seek dependability and honesty.
