Description

Whenever one has a problem with a vendor who keeps charging your bank card, it is best to talk to the bank and get them to close that card and issue one a new card so that the vendor can't continue charging the problem card. On top of that, if one is using their primary bank's (think checking account) debit card for this kind of transaction--don't! Use a card that is not tied to your primary bank account. Ideally, the card used should be a credit card, where one has better rights and consumer protection, because your regular bank card may not have those.
