Load and off-load materials, tools, and equipment on/off the company truck for each job Follow all applicable safety guidelines at all times Travel to the customer's home to install the job Use heavy power tools and hand tools at the job site Install each job using company-approved and quality-driven methods Most work in a moderate pace to ensure efficiency and quality When requested by the Foreman, communicate with customers to ensure their understanding of the work and their satisfaction Provide customers with a remarkable experience   Job Requirement Construction experience is preferred but not required. Experience in trenching, excavating, push/helical piers, concrete work, seismic retrofit, post and pad replacement, sump pumps, encapsulation, and/or drainage preferred. MUST have a valid driver's license, a safe driving record, and reliable transportation Unrestricted lifting and operating ability with heavy power tools, components, and machinery of 50+lbs Ability to climb a ladder, ability to kneel and crawl in confined areas Excellent communication and presentation skills Regular and punctual attendance at job locations Ability to work overtime if needed We provide the BEST training, systems, products, and services in the business plus a company culture driven by teamwork, excellence and providing "WOW" service every time.
