We are hiring a Groundskeeper/Porter for our 281 unit apartment community in Bellevue, Wa. Daily Duties: *Clean common areas, leasing office, laundry areas and maintain the properties curb appeal. *Power-wash dumpster areas *Pick up trash, de-web entry ways/corners, light landscaping *Report any maintenance issues to the Maintenance Supervisor *Assist with any painting projects *Represent FPMG proudly and provide excellent customer service to our residents!!
