Turner Retirement Homes, a Christian based Retirement Community has an immediate opening for a Full-Time Maintenance/Grounds Keeper. This job is Monday - Friday, from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm.
This job requires basic maintenance skills including, but not limited to, lifting of up to 50 pounds, general household repairs, working with electrical tools and hand tools, painting, mowing, weeding and trimming of shrubs. You will report to the Maintenance Supervisor for daily assignments.
You must be able to pass drug screening and criminal background check for this position. You must be a minimum of 18 years old for this position.
