Your Official Gear is looking for a manager able to help us run our screen printing shop and help take our company to the next level. We are a growing sports industry business currently delivering products and services in nearly all 50 states. We are privately held and profitable, with a desire for more and rapid growth. We will only consider and ultimately hire someone who is fully knowledgeable in the Screen Print and Embroidery Industry and able to hire and manage experienced production personnel. This will be a very critical position and will be well compensated for the right person. We are looking for someone that is experienced in all phases of screen printing.
Creating artwork using Illustrator, Photoshop, Flexisign and various other programs.
Coating & burning screens
Printing of apparel
Helping to maintain all automated and manual equipment
Scheduling and coordinating regular maintenance of equipment
Managing and ordering all blank stock for printing
Controlling inventory to ensure efficiency and profitability
Managing at least 3-5 people in a production environment
Cleaning and organizing workspace
This person must also be experienced in artwork and must be able to:
Separate any type of artwork (vector or raster images, spot color or process printing or simulated process and so on)
Print one color to 6 color designs, CMYK, Discharge, specialty inks & foil to name a few.
This person must be an experienced time manager. You must have experience dealing with:
Setting and meeting critical production schedules
Handling deadlines and schedules
Coordinating and planning production to meet all time lines
Required experience:
Screen Print & Embroidery Industry: 3-5 years
Production Management Experience: Minimum of 2 Years
Pay starting at $18/hr DOE
