We are actively searching for General Laborers / Technicians for a light demolition and restoration company in Leominster, MA. This position is responsible for light demolition and removal of materials as a result of property damages due to water or fire. Position Responsibilities: - Preforming restoration and disposal of non salvageable materials in homes and businesses - Preparing and staging job sites according to remediation needs while preventing further spread of damage - Identify proper equipment required to complete each job while maintaining all tools, products and supplies Position Requirements: - At least 1-2 years of construction, demolition, landscaping, or cleaning experience required - Ability to work over time required occasionally - Must be able to lift 50 lbs through out the day This is an Evaluation Hire/Temp-to-perm position with great growth opportunities within the company. The work hours will be Monday - Friday, 7:30am to 4:00pm, with overtime and double time available. The pay rate is $16.00-$18.00/hr depending on demolition and construction experience.
