Looking for a lead guitarist/lead vox

Band forming in Framingham - guitarist/keyboardist with vocals, bass, drums. In our 40s and early 50s. Doing some covers, but also developing original material and playing original material that has already been recorded. We are looking to get tight and play out by the summer, if possible. Bars, outdoor venues, parties, etc. We would essentially be a rock band, but not so much pigeon-holed by any particular genre. We would play covers but would be more inclined to put our own spin on them, rather than attempting to do exactly like the recording. There would be a real emphasis on writing material as well. We have many influences, from rock, blues, jazz, folk, grunge, pop, rap... We have good equipment and are ready to go. Looking for a great singer with great lead abilities - don't need to be a shredder... no attitudes, easy to hang out with.
